We are doing this again!
This is a fundraiser group on FB for supporting YHACS, Yellowhouse Art Centre Society on Shxixnetun / Galiano Island.
Every year in January, we invite community members to donate artworks / services for an online auction.
This fundraiser usually is also supported by 3 or 4 themed dinner parties hosted at a volunteer local community members' house with limited number of seatings.
Please feel free to post your own or others artworks you had purchased before but perhaps you have no more space for or ones you are ready to part with, for sale! Also please contact us if you like to host a dinner party for 6 or 8 in your house during January as a contribution! We will help you come up with the menu and sell tickets online for your party! The funds are going to be used for our multidisciplinary arts programming for the year and especially this year, for the new space we are building, the Makery!
The online Art Auction starts January 2nd 2024 at noon and ends Sunday January 29th 4pm!
