Storytelling Series

All welcome to join our first storytelling evening of this summer season as we observe National Indigenous Peoples Day, Saturday June 21, 2025 @7pm - 9pm with Rosemary Georgeson, families and friends. This special gathering marks the beginning of a series dedicated to sharing voices, true histories, and cultural traditions rooted in the lands and waters of Galiano Island. Hosted in a spirit of respect and reciprocity, each evening will bring together Indigenous storytellers, families, knowledge keepers and community members to weave together experiences that honour connection, and belonging. Come for the stories, stay for the tea —everyone is welcome as we listen, learn, and share together.

This event is free to attend. Tea and snacks will be served by donation.
