"I’m an islander, born and raised here on Galiano. A self taught artist, spending most winters over seas on tropical islands, I never traveled without water colours. I discovered metallic water colour paints in 2020. I mean, I finally found my medium! Self care became filling black pages with bold sparkly images. I find motivation in self love, the west coast, nature in all her forms, motherhood, the sky is the limit! “Self Love Season” is a collection of contemporary intuitive artwork." Ruby Electra 2022
