 Leather Mask Making Class!

$60 for small half face mask , $80 for full face mask ( Approx. sizing--ask me about your desired design to see which it is! ) Larger sizes can be done too, with advance notice.

Ages 13 and up( a kids class 9-13 can be arranged if there is demand!))

In one 3 hr class you can learn how to make your own natural leather mask! It is easy and fun. You can design your own, or use one of my many templates. You can also make costume accessories-- crowns, cuffs,ears, horns,  jewelry, or a sacred mask of a power archetype or animal, as you wish.

Perfect for Halloween, theatre, ritual, performance or art

We will be using a traditional water hardening technique, which is basically sculpting the leather with your hands and  manipulating  it hold shape as it dries...All supplies are provided, other than a pair of sharp household scissors, which you are asked to bring.( some are available, so if you dont have any just ask.)   

Note-- We will not be painting them in this class, the masks will be the beautiful natural tan colour when we finish . instructions for dying and painting will be provided, so students can do that in their own time if they desire.
