Dream workshops

Joinus for 2 x 3 hr sessions with adults. Thursdays July 25 + August 1

1pm - 4pm sliding scale $50 - $80 for 2 weeks Minimum 4  max 10 participants please register by email info@yellowhouseartcentre.ca or following the event link at our website.

DREAMS CARRY MESSAGES FROM OUR UNCONSCIOUS AND SPIRITUAL SELF, GUIDING US TOWARDS SELF KNOWLEDGE, INTEGRATION AND WHOLENESS. THEY BALANCE OUR EGO ATTITUDES, DEEPEN OUR CREATIVITY AND HELP THROW LIGHT ON ONGOING CONFLICTS, INCLUDING ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, PHYSICAL ILLNESS. THIS WORKSHOP WILL TEACH THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF JUNGIAN DREAM ANALYSIS, HOW TO IDENTIFY AND WORK WITH OUR UNIQUE DREAM LANGUAGE AND SYMBOLISM AND UNDERSTAND ITS MESSAGES. WE ALWAYS DREAM BUT OFTEN DO NOT REMEMBER. YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO REMEMBER DREAMS AND HOW TO RELATE THEM TO YOUR PRESENT LIFE. ANY DREAM, BIG OR SMALL, THROWS LIGHT ON OUR SHADOWS. Please bring a recent dream that you would like to work with.
