DREAMS CARRY MESSAGES FROM OUR UNCONSCIOUS AND SPIRITUAL SELF, GUIDING US TOWARDS SELF KNOWLEDGE, INTEGRATION AND WHOLENESS. THEY BALANCE OUR EGO ATTITUDES, DEEPEN OUR CREATIVITY AND HELP THROW LIGHT ON ONGOING CONFLICTS, INCLUDING ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, PHYSICAL ILLNESS. THIS WORKSHOP WILL TEACH THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF JUNGIAN DREAM ANALYSIS, HOW TO IDENTIFY AND WORK WITH OUR UNIQUE DREAM LANGUAGE AND SYMBOLISM AND UNDERSTAND ITS MESSAGES. WE ALWAYS DREAM BUT OFTEN DO NOT REMEMBER. YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO REMEMBER DREAMS AND HOW TO RELATE THEM TO YOUR PRESENT LIFE. ANY DREAM, BIG OR SMALL, THROWS LIGHT ON OUR SHADOWS. Please bring a recent dream that you would like to work with. LILIANA KLEINER- (Ph.D IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY) IS AN EXPERIENCED JUNGIAN THERAPIST, WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS OVER 25 YEARS. SHE IS ALSO AN ACCOMPLISHED VISUAL ARTIST AND TEACHER WHO PRACTICES IN CANADA, ARGENTINA, MEXICO AND ISRAEL.

This event is being held on the unceded, shared traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwitslum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, Coast Salish Peoples of Galiano, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island. We are grateful for the generosity of BC Arts Council.
